The project engagement
A client website required an extensive overhaul, with many sections requiring work. With only limited budget we were tasked with analysing the next steps for the client's redesign.
Solution
We gathered a team of experts who reviewed the site from different perspectives and then developed a list of tasks. We then assessed these tasks for feasibility and importance finding an average for the groups scores and then graphing them to show the relationships.
Results
The client was easily able to see our recommendations and we were able to describe their best course of action.
