This diagram shows the step a user goes through to complete the given task or successfully navigate the website.
The project engagement
A competition website had a potentially confusing journey so we had to describe it in such a way that the client understood what we were going to build and also so that the developers would know what to build.
Solution
In order to show complex interactions on a number of webpages we designed a process flow to describe the course of the user's journey through the competition.
Results
The client was happy with the competition process and signed off, the competition itself was a success.
