The project engagement
Cracker.com.au was set up combat the about to be launched in Sydney version of craigslist. It succeeded there, but several years later the cracker team were looking to upgrade and redesign their systems. User's wanted greater community interaction and better controls over their ad postings.
Solution
The cracker team bought several suggestions of updated functionality to the discussion and together we explored design options through sketching and paper prototyping. After evaluating these tests wireframe designs were created and then prototypes built and tested. before final interactions of the designs were put into production
Results
Redesigned pages saw an increased user dwell time and user feedback on ad posting features was positive.
