Newlook fashion wanted to expand their reach in their community by providing a place for current and potential Newlook customers to 'hang out.' Newlook already had some social media influence with their customers but they wanted to enlarge it and offer more for them to love about Newlook.
A short time frame for development but accessible clients made this a good showcase for an agile project. Working closely with both the client (Newlook) and development team we were able to quickly sketch out objectives and designs, then move on to more detailed wireframes adding more layers of detail as we went.
One of Newlook's major requirements was that the CMS we built would be very flexible. This led to some very difficult development choices and complex planning for how CMS users would update content within this flexible framework.
Newlook daily was launched on schedule with both the flexibility and control that the client wanted.
